The UjENA TEAM program has been set up to help models, photographers, customers and friends gain exposure, receive Jam Scholarships, earn extra money and help promote the UjENA message.
The first thing you need to do is let us know that you are interested in being a part of this exclusive group. Just fill out the form below and tell us how you can help promote UjENA and your own career.
UjENA Team Levels and Rewards
There are two levels you can achieve in the UjENA Team Program - Team Director and Team Leader.
As soon as your application is approved you can get to work as a UjENA Team Leader or director depending on what you have already done.
UjENA Team Leader
Chose a couple of promotional ideas from our list below, or be creative and come up with something on your own. Be sure you write down everything you do and the number of people/responses you generate.
By the 10th of every month log on to your UjENA Talent account and post your accomplishments for the previous month. (You would just log into your UT account and post your accomplishments there.) Based on your achievements you can earn a $100 Jam Scholarship for the month.
Leaders can earn as much as $1200 worth of UjENA Jam scholarships annually.
You can earn extra money by selling UjENA products and Jam Packages. You will be given a promo code and when we receive internet orders with your code, you will be paid a 20% commission. Or, you can buy product for yourself, and month later receive a 20% rebate.
Get some friends together for the next UjENA Jam. You will receive a $50 commission on all packages you sell once they are paid at the full price.
UjENA Team Director
Directors are eligible to earn a $100 or $200 Jam Scholarship each month. That’s potentially $2,400 in Jam Scholarships for the year.*
Directors can also receive a finder’s fee of up to $500 when they bring a partner company to the Jam. Give us the contact and we can close the deal for you.
A finder’s fee of up to $1000 will be paid when a Director brings a new event to the Jam. You need to put us in touch with the person, group or company that will make the event happen at the Jam. Events like fishing, golf and soccer have already been added to the Jam program.
There may be more than one director per location. We are looking for quality people and we do not want to leave someone out just because they live in the same area.
Directors must post their accomplishments in the same manner as Leaders, by the 10th of the month.
GET STARTED WITH THE TEAM
In this competitive field it’s important to know how to self-promote. Becoming part of the UjENA Team will help build your networking and marketing skills, as well as your portfolio and pocketbook.
Here are 10 ways you can help promote UjENA and yourself, while earning Jam Scholarships and extra money:
1. Put a UjENA profile on MySpace, Facebook or another popular blog. One of our UjENA Talent members set up a UjENA Fans site on Facebook and in less than two weeks she attracted 400 friends.
2. Send out emails to your friends promoting the UjENA message and directing them to your UjENA Talent page.
3. Call some friends and put together a UjENA fashion show. Health clubs, night clubs and even country clubs are always looking for live fashion shows. Take orders and you’ll receive a 20% commission on all sales. Your customer will be given free shipping.
4. Hold a UjENA Home Party. Invite some friends and model some UjENA swimwear. Serve refreshments, put on some good music and have fun while making a 20% commission on all the sales.
5. Print flyers and business cards (only use your email address and/or UjENA Talent account) and distribute them at tanning salons, beauty salons, health clubs and other places where fit people gather. Let them know how they can help you raise scholarship dollars for the next Jam and how they can get involved with UjENA.
6. Make an email list of all your friends and contacts and keep them in the know about UjENA events and your career. Add to this list by constantly collecting new addresses. If you have a website, add a UjENA link.
7. Work your UjENA Talent account and try to set a personal record of attracting new friends for the month.
8. Contact local magazines and newspapers and tell them about the UjENA Jams, your swimwear modeling (or photography) and aspirations—when bikinis are involved there is almost always a story.
9. Contact your local radio program and see if they’d like you to go on air to talk about swimwear modeling careers.
10. Put together a workshop on swimwear modeling and photography. See if a local school’s photo class or local photography group will sponsor it.
PROMOTING THE UjENA MESSAGE
As a team member, part of your job is to promote the UjENA message. UjENA stands for many things and these are the key points we want you to promote:
1. UjENA is dedicated to producing a quality, made in the USA product, at a fair price, and with an exceptional fit.
2. UjENA Jams and the UjENA Talent website exist to help further your career in the swimwear fashion modeling and photography industry.
3. We strive to bring a higher level of respect for swimwear modeling and photography. Our websites, magazines and videos are rated PG15, and we hold the Image Awards to honor those that feel as we do.
4. We believe fitness is as important as fashion in helping a person be the best they can be. That’s why we sponsor fitness events, and in fact, require all competing Jam models and photographers to complete the UjENA 5k Run/Walk. The Bikini Body Fitness column on our website offers good advice to all UjENA customers. We see a UjENA bikini as the reward for a fit and toned body.
5. We believe in building strong relationships.
6. We are committed to designing products for all women, of all ages and sizes, to look and feel their best.
UjENA JAM SCHOLARSHIPS
Each month we will be awarding the Ujena Team Scholarships based on achievements. We will be posting these achievements so all Team members can see what others are doing too. Remember that bringing in revenue to Ujena is very important and makes it possible for us to offer programs like this.
Jam scholarships will be awarded based on what you achieved in comparison to other Team members.

*These scholarships can only be used by you and for the Jam land packges (not credit for air). If you cannot use all of these within the year, you can sell them at 50% cash value. If you attended three jams using $1600 worth of these scholarships, you could sell the remaining $800 in scholarships at a 50% discount.
